Paul Ogando was born and raised in Santo Domingo, in the Dominican Republic. He is Pastor over The Rock Spanish ministry, La Roca, as well he leads the Missions Department. He earned a degree in dentistry and practiced for a short time before going into the mission field in South America.

In the year 2000, Pastor Paul moved to the US to take the position as Youth Pastor in a church in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he met his wife Tracie. They have 3 children Ethan, Gabriel, and Abigail.

In 2004 Pastor Paul and Pastor Tracie moved to San Bernardino when accepting a position at the International School of Ministry (ISOM, of Good Shepherd Ministries International), where he earned an Associate Degree in Biblical Studies through Vision University. This move led them to The Rock. After a few years of serving as volunteers there came the need for a Spanish service, they answered the call to start LaRoca.

Pastor Paul and Pastor Tracie love serving the growing population of Spanish speakers of the Inland Empire that are coming from many nations. They are blessed to hear their stories and learn of their rich cultures, and to be a part of their journey.
