Decription

Principal Function: Gathers content for videos and live production. Produces and edits media production for events and services.

Preferred Education Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a field related to film, broadcasting or production studios, plus 1-3 years of related job experience.

Responsibilities:
Works closely with ministry leads during the brainstorming and early development process for video ideas.
Sets up and films with professional camera equipment.
Basic knowledge and work-ability with lighting.
Basic knowledge and work-ability with audio recording.
Direct the creativity process of the vision and “tell the story” of live events by editing footage, motion graphics, music and scripting.
Create motion graphics and special effects for videos using After Effects.
Is well versed in production software skills: After Affects, Premiere, and Photoshop.
Maintain an understanding of the heart of the church and vision/goals of the senior pastors.
Works closely with the production manager and creative director for large services/events.
Must be able to lift 10 lbs - 50 lbs worth of equipment on a regular basis.
Knowledge of and able to produce cinematic color grading.
Expect to work weekends, holidays and special events all year around.
Being bilingual is a plus.

Services/Events:
Direct 3-5 camera operators for live production events.
Graphics/Video mixer operator.
